Baths - Miasma Sky

Will Wiesenfeld, who produces under the name Baths, has announced the release of his second LP Obsidian, and posted the lead track "Miasma Sky" (listen below) on record label Anticon's Soundcloud page. If the new track is any indication, Baths seems to have stepped away a bit from the glitch-hop leanings of his stunning debut LP Cerulean in favor of a more straightforward synth pop direction; it's less Dilla and more Passion Pit. Of course, it's impossible to draw any sweeping conclusions from one track. Obsidian comes out on May 28, and until then, enjoy the free sample. Baths - Miasma Sky by anticon
